Packing And Shipping

1. Independent package for each battery
2. Inner package with foam board to protect the battery from damaging.
3. Small packages are usually delivered by express, such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, TNT, etc.
4. Goods in large quantity are usually delivered by sea.

Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Customized is available.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 10~20 days, mass production time needs 3~5 weeks, it depend on order quantity.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A:Yes, we have MOQ for mass production, it depend on different part number. 1~10pcs sample order is available.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A:We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on product?
A:Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
